Year 2 was amazing. Wilbur’s won People’s Choice Champion at the Go Naked in March, took first place in Brisket in the Delaware State Championships (Middletown) in May; first place in Pork at Raystown Lake in September, and became the first 2-time Iron Chef champion at the New Jersey State BBQ Championship in Wildwood, NJ. With 5 top-10 overall finishes in 2011, Wilbur’s Revenge was on fire!
